FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide clear, upfront pricing based on the scope of work, materials, accessibility, and any permit requirements. I’ll explain the cost before work begins, with no surprise fees. For larger projects or multiple services completed during the same visit, bundled pricing may be available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I start by learning about the electrical issue or project and asking for photos or basic details when helpful. I then review the scope, explain the recommended solution, and provide clear pricing before any work begins. Once approved, I schedule the job, complete the work safely and professionally, keep the customer informed throughout the process, and make sure everything is tested and cleaned up before I leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in the electrical trade since 2016, with extensive experience in HOA troubleshooting, commercial lighting upgrades, and electrical systems from 120V through 480V. I hold a California C-10 Electrical Contractor license and have completed NFPA 70E electrical safety training and NFPA 70B electrical maintenance training. Throughout my career, I’ve also helped train and mentor numerous apprentices who have gone on to become successful electricians. I continue to build my knowledge through hands-on field experience, safety training, and ongoing electrical education.
