- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer the best thing at the best price. We do not cut corners and shy away from cheaply produced equipment. This provides the best value for all parties involved. That is always our pledge. We strive to provide the best value proposition. We always offer financing (0% to long term with no pre-payment penalty). But often times we have upfront discounts and unbelievable financing options (long term 0% options included). We also work with many and most of the Rebate programs through utility companies, the state, and the feds.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is very straightforward and simple, but determined by the homeowner. It starts with a phone call and then is handled according with the nature of the call.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are constantly going to different trainings and classes. Equipment and regulations are constantly changing. All contractors should be doing this to stay educated with the new items and legislation.
