- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing may vary depending on the nature of the original content (text, audio, video...). Discounts may apply to bigger assignments.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Understand customer's needs (target format, deadline, etc.), 2) receive and review all original content, 3) estimate and agree on final price and timeline.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
General Translation Course by International House Barcelona, including a letter of recommendation from my tutor (a very established Spanish translator and editor with 20 years of experience). These documents can be produced in private.
