Overall a good value for the project. He was responsive and timely for the job. A couple of missteps prevented a 5-star rating: wrong dimensions left holes in concrete and walls that needed to be patched. The worksite was not clean when they completed the work

I strongly recommend that others use caution before hiring this contractor. In my experience, he did not complete the deck work according to our contract. During the dispute over the unfinished work and payment, he entered my property without my authorization and began attempting to remove materials and items that he had already installed on the deck. The police became involved, and we eventually reached a settlement in their presence. This was an extremely stressful and upsetting experience. Based on my experience, I would not hire this contractor again. Anyone considering hiring him should make sure the complete scope of work, materials, payment terms, and completion requirements are clearly documented in a written contract.

Walt framed out and installed a window for us and did a fantastic job! He was very quick to respond to our inquiry and come to the house to provide us an estimate. He even went the extra mile to get us a higher quality window at a better price than what we were originally going to use. He was very knowledgeable on how the framing should be done and helped us to think through what size window would be most appropriate for our space because we were still unsure. We would definitely contact Walt again for future projects. Thank you!
