Josh Logan aka Magicology made for an incredibly fun time from first contact through the end of the show and even after.
First off, Josh is such a perceptive guy. Talking on the phone you know that he is invested in who he's hired by. He wants to get to know them. When I told Josh about my idea for a Variety Show at my house he was both curious and excited. As we talked more I thought he'd be a great fit for the concept.
Josh had another job in the area and was able to come by my place about a month before the show to get a lay of the land. He hung around for a bit, chatted with my roommates and we just talked. Josh is a friendly, personable guy. On his way out he made a point to have me gather some people that were around and he gave me a 'sneak peak' into his magical talents. Holy Sh*t! This guy blew all of our minds. Once you hire Josh you'll learn that he is an incredible magician, but he says he's really well practiced in the art of astonishment. We were all incredibly astonished. And then with that he walked out the door and left us completely STOKED for his performance the next month.
On the day of the show, Josh Logan came in ready to impress. For a crowd of about 80 people he moved throughout the yard and around the crowd, engaging.. and astonishing. It is one of those things that you really just can't believe that it's anything but magic. So many eyes, ears, people all around and yet we're all left scratching our heads not able to figure it out.
Magicology has this down. Let him talk to you. Let him blow your mind. There's no group, person, whoever that can watch this guy perform and feel disappointed. Such an amazing job Josh!

Josh is an absolute gem of a human! From the moment we connected on the first call we were already so excited to have him as a magician at our party. He was extremely responsive, prompt, and professional. His presence is so warm and welcoming and his performances are top-tier incredible! So many moments we were mind blown, everyone was beyond impressed!! He’s absolutely hilarious as he shares humor the whole time and does such a great job engaging everyone he’s performing for, especially the children. We had a lot of kids at our gathering and he made sure they were welcomed, included, and got to be immersed in magic. It was really special! Josh went out of the way to make sure my party was a success. I even changed the time on him and he didn’t even blink. He got back to me really quick too so that put my mind at ease. He was great with the kids and had some jokes for the adults too, I was laughing a lot. The kids were so impressed by him. He made my 7 year old look like a professional magician!!! He would do some tricks and then show the kids how he did it afterwards and they were completely baffled. Lastly, my son loved his white magicians rabbit puppet. He asked numerous times if he could have it! I was a little embarrassed and told him we’d get one online but Josh gave it to him anyway!! It was given to him by a friend who had passed so I couldn’t believe he could be that kind, but he is. Thank you so much for making our party fun!

WOW - How do you put a price on connecting with that childlike wonderment we all seem to abandon as life sweeps us up into the work of day to day life? I was working to make our family time very special given we had to make some major adjustments due to COVID. We had a smaller group and we needed to stay on the lovely property in Paso Robles instead of using it as a jump off point to explore the area. I was looking for some form of entertainment that would provide the WOW factor and boy did Logan Magic just nail it! It was hard to know if it would be a good fit but we took the plunge and we were treated to an experience that none of us will forget. From our youngest at 1.5 years to our oldest at 64 we were all blown away at the the skill and presentation. Right down to the little magic gifts for all of us (I think they were for the kids but don't tell them that...I"m not giving mine up!) to the personal interactions. If you are looking for something really special, I highly recommend Logan Magic. From a planning perspective, Joshua was professional, provided additional info to review his work, was communicative, and punctual. From a budget perspective I really didn't have a good gauge on what would be a "fair price" but was pleasantly surprised to feel we received far more value than we paid for even though initially I was right on that edge for pricing to value. I am so glad I trusted my instinct and took the plunge. If you're thinking of it...just do it! You won't be disappointed.

Upon initial contact, I aim to understand the event's nature to tailor my performance. I offer a brief overview of my services, followed by a simple contract outlining the event details. A 50% deposit is required to secure the date, with the balance due on the event day.
