At 7:30 on Christmas morning, my very quiet water heater (on the second floor) started making noises and, upon inspection, I found it to be leaking badly. Christmas morning!
My call for help was quickly answered by Dave of Poseidon Plumbing. Dave is very personable and professional, and he assured me that he could have me back to normal the next day.
His efficient installation crew (Jax and Lucas) arrived with a new heater and were very conscientious in protecting our carpeted stairway from dripping water, and maneuvering the old and new WH through the turns. Job was completed by 2 PM!
This experience was as positive as it could be, considering the circumstances. I confidently recommend Poseidon for any plumbing needs.

Poseidon Plumbing is great. An elderly friend had a water main failure. Dave came out and gave us an estimate the same day.
His price was fair, his work was perfect and the homeowner was very pleased. She had her water working the next day.

Excellent experience with Poseidon Plumbing! After my water heater went out on a Friday afternoon, I sent a message through their website and had an appointment scheduled within five minutes for the next morning at 9:00 a.m. David arrived on time and installed the new water heater within an hour, removing and disposing of the old unit. He also took the time to explain how to maintain it and extend its lifespan. A+++ service all around—Poseidon Plumbing is now my go-to plumber! Thank you!!!
