Emmanuel, the owner, and his workers are great from start to finish. He furnished a written bid, committed to a start date, asked for a reasonable deposit. He's committed to staying in contact during the project. I had a 35+ y/o deck that needed replacing, and some dry wall work. Even with material delivery delays (Lowe's fault), Emmanuel finished the job on the committed date. The deck looks new, and all work was done with craftsman quality. He kept the work site clean and tidy. Using New Era gave me hope again in dealing with contractors.
