FAQs
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Spend some time talking to them. There is a balance between having a big legal apparatus - lots of clerks, fancy offices, and a great location - and having an attorney who will be available to you and who keeps overhead low to pass on savings to clients in the form of lower billable rates. If you have a very high value case, you can expect any lawyer you hire to be working on it a lot, but lawyers are like any other contractor, and lower value cases will often get lower priority. Make sure you feel you can have a good relationship with your attorney and that you will not just be shuffled to the bottom of their "to-do" list. No matter how small your case, it's always important to you.
