Great experience! He was able to see us within about 36 hours, he did everything quickly and got it all done. He checked his work and flushed the system so that it was ready to use, a nice extra step I didn't even know to request. He made one suggestion for something to do in the future but didn't try to upsell us on his doing it. I felt he was honest and that the price was reasonable compared to other vendors I was using to fix the house. He needed to be about an hour late but let us know in advance. Also - and this is big! - he took a check! Other vendors wanted us to pay in sketchy ways, like cash or Cash App. I felt this was a real company and not a one-man operation. He also didn't patronize me as a woman which is important to me. Everything was terrific, good experience, I would definitely use again and recommend to others.
