- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is difficult. Here is an example: Our basic Social Media Voicing package costs $299 - produce and distribute targeted content via three social media channels. Clients frequently request distribution be on only one or two social media platforms or as many as 15. We adjust pricing based upon many factors for all of the services that we provide.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always start with a conversation. In 99% of the cases we encounter the client has an idea of what they would like but are not aware of the new technologies, tools, methods, or best practices to accomplish what they need to take place. We work to understand what the particular outcome is desired, the speed the new solution needs to be deployed, and the measurement tools used to ensure the solution is working as intended.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We employ three teams of designers and engineers who are tasked with separate skill sets.
