We are so very impressed with Michael Jackson, ChileJam. My husband and I hired Michael to photograph our 2014 New Year's Eve Party which was held at our home. Prior to the event, Michael and I thoroughly discussed the services that he offered, any additional equipment that was needed and his fees. He remained in constant contact with us by cellphone and email. He arrived early at our venue allowing adequate time for setup. Michael photographed our guests on our "Red Carpet" as they arrived. Many guests commented on how they enjoyed that experience and how Michael put them at ease. He then took hundreds of beautiful pictures of our guests enjoying all aspects of our celebration including the samba dancers Michael provided access to our photos within a day or so and everyone has given RAVE reviews. We highly recommend Michael Jackson to anyone in need of a very professional event photographer and we look forward to hiring him for future events. Sincerely, Drs. Leigh and Vernon Wilson

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for someone that can be a part of your event without being a distraction from the event. You want guests to say, "I loved your photographer. He was fun."
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I wish people would tell me if they like the pictures or not. Nobody ever says. I put a lot of post work into the pictures to make them look great. Nobody notices (which, I suppose, is a good thing because that means the retouching is seamless). However, it's just nice to have someone say, "Man, thank you. Those were great!"
