First we apply powerful, yet environmentally safe solutions, let them dwell, and then our amazing equipment with patented technology takes over. It gets below the surface into all those little nooks and crannies where brush and steam machines don’t work very well. The difference is night and day. Thom did an absolutely FANTASTIC job with my mother's filthy rugs in the very busy walkway of the stairs. I was confident especially after he explained that all of their solutions are "Mother Approved" volatile organic chemical (VOC) compliant or "safe as soap".My kids have 4 paws so it was comforting to know the deep cleaning solution they use was safe enough for kids and pets to crawl on afterwards.It was a last minute request and they were able to accommodate our needs the same day, arriving 3 hours later.Being self-employed also, I understand the hard work of running a family owned business; you will certainly get that extra level of care and attention using Sapphire Floor Restore!

Tile floors seemed like a good idea 10 years ago when I remodeled, but before meeting Thom, I had begun to rethink my decision. Because of dirt build up and who knows what else in my grout, I never felt like a had a clean house. Replacing floors was not an option. A free demonstration convinced me to take advantage of this service and I couldn't be happier with the results. And besides being a good man, Thom is a super nice guy and it was a pleasure to have him in my home.

This whole process was a blessing. Our tile in our commercial snackbar looks and smells amazing. Its as fresh as can be in here after years of neglect our tile is back, and we have the peace of mind that our snackbar is completely sanitized. The communication and deal we received couldn't have been beat.
