- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$900 if our standard fee for chapter 7 bankruptcy. While $900 is only a sample fee, not a guarantee, and subject to change at any time, most callers will qualify for our $900 fee. Some clients with complex cases will receive a higher quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a client calls us we conduct a short phone consultation. At the end of the consultation we provide a quote, usually our standard $900 fee, and if the client wishes to move forward we sign a representation agreement, collect the fee, receive essential documents such as tax returns, bank statements and pay stubs, and draft the bankruptcy petition.

cum laude graduate from a Tier 1 law school. Years of experience representing clients in bankruptcy.
