- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you contact us, you'll speak with a real Bragg team member—not an answering service. We schedule your appointment promptly and arrive on time, respecting both your home and your schedule. After evaluating the issue, we explain the problem, review available solutions, provide upfront pricing, and answer any questions you may have. Once approved, we complete the work using quality materials and craftsmanship, then leave the work area clean and ensure you're completely satisfied before we leave.

Bragg Home Services has been serving homeowners throughout Sonoma, Marin, and Napa Counties since 1968.
