Sean was polite and professional. The first motor that he purchased would not fit our unit. So, he had to purchase another motor to complete the repair. He did respond quickly to this situation. Overall, satisfied with the service. Just wish it could have happened sooner.

Exceptional service from start to finish. I cannot recommend Climate Services Heating and A/C strongly enough. We asked Sean to come out, inspect our system and give recommendations. His knowledge, technical expertise and demeanor were clearly evident. Discussions were comfortable, no pressure and Sean took the time to answer all questions. He helped identify other issues in our house that contribute to air quality. His bid was very competitive and he was accurate with time and costs. Sean's crew was exceptional; clean, friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Installation was smooth, efficient and completed on time. Sean was available by phone or text, prompt with updates, and very clear with communications. The new system is working beautifully. Sean and crew provided superior quality work and excellent customer service!
