Our AC stopped blowing air. Martin came out and confirmed the problem and even though we were up-valley, he left to go get the part and came back and installed it the same day. He did NOT reschedule the installation for a different day even though we were up-valley. We had supplied Martin with the model number of the unit and he had researched it before he got here, so when he arrived, he was ready to go! We will be using Martin and Comfort Response Team for other HVAC needs in the near future!

Martin from Comfort Response Team was amazing!! I had a wonderful experience with the professionalism and service of Comfort Response Team, and I highly recommend them. Comfort Response Team is a family company who treated me with the most outmost respect and courtesy.Martin was very fast, friendly, and understanding of the situation when it comes to not having AC in my home. Martin came out and gave me the best pricing without sacrificing quality. Martin was very professional and took a lot of time to look at my current system and shared how a new system could not only provide a better environment for my home but also look great inside and out.When it come for the system to be installed Martin, from Comfort Response Team was a true professional arriving on time and explaining what he was doing every step of the way. Once the system was completely installed Martin took the time to explain and went over the features of my new system. Martin also followed up and reiterated the best way to maintain the system. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of our pricing for service, repairs or maintenance is flat rate unless quoted. Our quoted work is tailored to each specific scope of work. Currently there is rebate incentive money available for heat pump/electrification upgrades but that money is diminishing. Act fast to take advantage before it's gone.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It depends on the needs of the client. For service, repairs or maintenance we typically have a response rate of 48 hours or less. For installations we can perform a job walk/site assessment within 48 hours and generally have pricing for your project within 24-48 hours depending on the scope.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of us here at Comfort Response Team are up to date on all the latest industry training. Everything from building efficiency to duct design and industry best practices. We are constantly needing to stay trained to keep up with the ever evolving HVAC trade, CA building requirements and CA efficiency measures.
