At first, I was leary, Jon wasn't using any of the "normal" cleaning devices I had seen over many years of having my rugs shampooed or windows cleaned. But in the end, both had excellent results and as Jon explained, in the future everyone will be using his window cleaning method. All I can say is, I can see clearly now!

The process used on the exterior windows was a water fed pole with pure water, complimented by a traditional scrub and squeegee for interiors.
The Carpets were cleaned using a low moisture dry extraction process with floor machine, cotton bonnets, and a portable extractor.
