We hired Pete for a family gathering, the day after our daughter's wedding. The theme was Napa Valley Italian, family style. Pete and his staff were professional and amazing! Chef Pete provided the BEST food that we have ever had for our annual dinner. This was our 47th year. He and his staff were professional, friendly, well organized, gave us more than we had arranged for. The food was beautifully displayed, great variety of appetizers and main courses, and most important, absolutely delicious! Pete and his team did a fantastic job for us as we celebrated two milestone birthdays with family and friends. He prepared a thoughtful and complex menu which was served and plated beautifully. He arrived and took over our kitchen and his staff set the table and manned the bar, and if not for the delicious leftovers, you would have never known that there was a party at our house; they cleaned up the tables and decor in the yard and tidied the kitchen completely.
