Edward and his son replaced a vanity lamp in my bathroom. Their work was precise and clean. The lamp was perfectly positioned, and there was not one speck of dust to be removed after their departure. It did't take them long, and they were both very pleasant.

I couldn't be more pleased with the work of Edward and his assistant. He responded to my request for service within 15 minutes, arrived at my home within 90 minutes, and completed the job in 30 minutes. His company is a rare find, and I will be using him again. And although plumbing work can be messy, he was exceptionally neat.

They were the first ones to contact me on here. The 200.00 minimum labor I thought was a little steep But they got the job done and even tackled another little project I needed help with while they were here. Thank you..1 year warranty is nice too

FAQs

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is honest and fair. I work as handyman not as a licensed contractor this saves you money over larger licensed electrical and plumbing companies. I carry the same multi -million dollar contractors insurance coverage for your protection and offer 1 year workmanship warranty.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is fast response times using clear communication about job requirements and scheduling. This is followed up with reliable follow through to get your job done quickly and efficiently with your complete satisfaction as my top priority.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
2 year residential electrical wiring courses at Frederick Community College Vocational program in Maryland. Apprentice with my local electrical union for 2 years. Gunneau's Home Services was founded in 1993. I have over 30 years of real time contracting work experience with residential and commercial owners, contractors and subcontractors servicing electrical, plumbing, hvac, flooring, doors, windows, trim, appliances and most other home repairs and maintenance.
