FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is honest and fair. I work as handyman not as a licensed contractor this saves you money and I regularly save my customers money over larger licensed electrical and plumbing companies. I carry the same 2 million dollars contractors insurance coverage for your protection as the larger contractors do.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is fast response, clear communication and scheduling to get the job done quickly and efficiently while saving you money.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In 1990 I successfully graduated from my 2 year residential electrical wiring courses at Frederick Community College in Maryland. After this I signed on to apprentice with my local electrical union for couple years. The next move for me was to start my own home improvement contracting business in 1993. I have over 25 years of real time contracting work experience with residential and commercial owners, contractors and subcontractors servicing electrical, plumbing, hvac, flooring, doors, windows, trim, appliances and most other home repairs and maintenance work.
