We requested Chris Ostrom by name to come out to our daughter and son-in-law's house to inspect the furnace and heat distribution system, as Chris had done a prior inspection on our own house two years prior.As with our first experience with Chris, this one was no different. Chris did a head to toe assessment of the furnace and explained, in detail, what he was doing along the way. He made some adjustments to make the furnace run more efficiently and provided suggestions on how we can extend the furnace's life.Chris is a consummate professional whose demeanor is second to none. He brings all of the technical jargon down to the level that we, as homeowners, can understand. In addition, he brings practical, cost-saving solutions to the table without trying to "up sell' work that isn't required.We truly appreciate the level of professional Chris displays and the knowledge he possesses. Ongaro & Son's should be proud and grateful to have Chris on their team!
