Very quick reply and appointment set the very next business day. Had them out Monday morning and they were able to remove 2 decomposing rodents that were creating a very disgusting smell in our home. The cost was very affordable. Decided to do a quarterly maintenance plan for a very affordable rate since we live on a golf course my thought is that the issue will be on going. They handle not only rodent issues but insects as well. Both inside and out. The service contract has an annual termite inspection that may come in handy later.

Jose came out on short notice when I was having a rat control issue. He even came back a couple times after to monitor the issue. He was very responsive and went the “extra mile” to take care of it. You can tell that he generally cares about his customers’ concerns and that this is not just a “job” to him. I now feel like my pest control is now in good hands.

We had a serious ant problem and would come home to a new infestation every day. No food was out, they would go for even the tiniest drop of water. I was very skeptical about the service really being able to eliminate all of the ants, but we didn’t have another issue after they came and his has lasted for over 6 months now. Worth every penny for our sanity!
