I have been riding with Tara for almost a year now and I am thankful for the opportunity to have become a part of her barn family at Full Circle Farms. Tara did a tremendous job with helping me bring my beloved 20 year old Warmblood back from an injury sustained outside of her care. Tara's extreme attention to detail and her wealth of equine knowledge was pivotal in my horse's recovery. Tara treats every horse in the barn like her own and carefully monitors their care, while providing a tailored riding program for each horse/rider combination. As a full-time+ CPA, I work long hours during the weekdays, which makes getting out to the barn to ride during the week nearly impossible. However, Tara has been extremely flexible in working with my schedule so that I can get as much riding time in as possible. Further, I know my horse is being regularly exercised and well cared for in my absence, which definitely helps me sleep at night. I am so lucky to have found a trainer who is willing to work around my schedule and who has taken a keen interested in getting me back into the sport after an almost 10 year hiatus. Tara is an extremely hard worker and determined professional who thrives on the accomplishments of her students. Her passion for the sport and love of horses seems to be the driving force behind Tara's motivation to go above an beyond. I can not say enough to emphasize how grateful I am to train with her.

I simply cannot say enough wonderful things about Majestic Farms! Due to a year long deployment to Afghanistan with the US Army, I had to make the choice between either selling my 3 year old mare, "Gidget", or finding a place to turn her out for a year. Luckily, I didn't have to do either as Austin and Eric came to the rescue! They have not only done a beautiful finishing my mare, but they keep me in the loop about her training and are always sending me wonderful pictures and emails which is a huge morale boost over here! I've never had to worry about the decisions being made concerning the well being of my horse as I know they take care of "Gidget" like one of their own. I had the pleasure of being able to attend one horse show with Majestic Farms before I left for my deployment and was more than impressed with their professional attitude while at the same time making all of their customers feel like family. I have been showing horses for 15 years and have never had more fun at a horse show than I experienced with Majestic Farms, and that is including all the shows I have won blue ribbons at! Majestic Farms is an outstanding facility with a wonderful staff who treat all their customers (and horses!) with the same respect and show equal enthusiasm toward their customers goals whether they are there for their first riding lesson, interested only in riding for pleasure, or own a world class show horse! Please check out Majestic Farms, you will not be dissapointed!

Amanda truly listens to her student's desires and goals for their riding experience. She also encourages growth and challenge with humor (much appreciated for a "seasoned" girl sometimes nervous about pushing myself) and her own personal experience. As her students gain strength and ability she will make adjustments to both the lesson horse used, as well as urge the student to raise their "bar" higher. She never settles for less than a client's best. Something I very much value. Basically, when I search for a riding instructor I specifically look for experience, professionalism, and personality, as well as facility appearance/location. Amanda has all of that in spades. As a result, I will be a lifetime client.

Head trainer Jessica Odom and assistant trainer Lacy Norris are two of the most amazing people I have had the pleasure to meet. Their devotion to their "job" (for them is not a job...it is their passion) and the kids is unparalleled, their main concern is pairing the student with the right horse, so the child feels safe and secure and enjoys the ride. I should know. My daughter has been riding at South Coast Equestrian for 10 years and has never been happier. After having a previous bad experience at another barn she was very hesitant to get back on a horse again even though it was what she loved the most; but with Jessica's and Lacy's love and patience my girl got back on the saddle and blossomed into an amazing and very confident rider, who not only enjoys riding but everything that has to do with the stable, from grooming and feeding the horses to aiding an ailing horse to mocking the stalls and everything in between, she can see herself running a farm in her future and is all thanks to her experience at South Coast Equestrian...they are the best in town!!!

I have done basic groundwork using Clinton Anderson technique's. He's a six yr old mustang , sound , stubborn lol has been ridden a few times but not officially broke . He's content as long as he has a good comfy fitting saddle , doesn't like bareback . I ve been recently using trot poles and very low jumps and he does well. Hoping he will be my little jumper /possibly dressage ? He has a fancy little trot , very floaty for a guy with no real training . I'm not afraid to get on him as our trust is solid but my riding skills are begginer so I'm afraid I wouldn't have much to teach him in that regard .
