I like to read a lot of books, magazines, blogs and websites to stay on top of food trends and learning new things. I take classes to learn to make things that I don't already know and also to expand my knowledge of food and how it affects all of us.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Cooking is my passion.

I only prepare vegetarian and vegan meals.
