Allison has been my go-to massage therapist since she started in the field. The convenience of being able to have her in my house allows me to set the temperature of the room, lighting level, and any music I want to have playing during my session. She brings her own table, all her linens, and bolsters, so you don't have to worry about anything but your massage. She blends styles and therapies to customize her massage to what your body tells her you need.
In my case, I have chronic back pain following surgery. Sometimes, what I need most is craniosacral therapy, in which she gently urges the joints and bones along my spine to move freely with one another. After my first craniosacral session, I had freedom of movement through my low back and pelvis that I hadn't had since before my surgery. I Sometimes I benefit most from a Swedish style of massage, releasing the muscles in my thighs and hips.
Her pressure is consistent and adapts well to feedback. She has a number of oils and lotions to use, so if you have an allergy or fragrance sensitivity she can adapt easily, especially if you let her know ahead of time. She has even used my own oil at my request.
Allison's bodywork always makes me feel like she is totally in touch with my body, and I always feel significant relief after our sessions. I highly recommend Allison Leigh massage to anyone looking for a massage therapist.

Allison has been giving me massages for years!! She's amazing, very mindful and methodical. She recently helped me with a years long rotator cuff injury through fascial stretching - I was convinced I needed surgery, and she had me back to normal within a week! I can recommend her without hesitation.
