Excellent experience with replacing hot water heater. I will be using them again for pipe replacement soon. Very knowledgeable compared to other men who gave estimates. They upgraded my water heater and plumbing fixtures up to code in my 65 year old house. They gave good advice on what my options were. These guys know what they’re doing! Price was fair too.

Tom was excellent. Highly recommend.
He was knowledgeable and efficient. He knew exactly how to fix the problem and did so in a timely manner. Tom was very friendly and respectful and cleaned up after the job.

Tom, went above and beyond to save my plumbing nightmare! He arrived to my house just a few hours after I reached out to him to snake my main sewer. He then proceeded to work diligently to unclog another blockage between my bathroom and kitchen. He was professional, clean, communicative and efficient. I recently hired Legato to replace a malfunctioning water heater. They were very responsive (order of minutes or maybe even seconds) when we discovered our leaking heater on a Saturday evening. Given the big box stores didn't supply our brand (BW) we set up an appointment on Monday morning.
Tom arrived sharply at the time of appointment, explained what he was doing and then did it. We also discussed some different options for heaters and why he suggested just replacing our existing one. After installation he ensured that the extended warranty was registered and then mentioned some additional services he recommends such as a network connected shut off.
Would definitely recommend him for your plumbing needs!

I am offering upfront fixed prices before starting the work. Most common services like garbage disposal, faucet, or toilet replacement have fixed prices that I can provide through text or over the phone. The best way for me to provide an accurate and final quote is an on-site diagnostic.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to keep communication with them through Thumbtack or over the phone. New customers should provide me with their full name, *****, and service address in order for me to have them in my schedule. It is highly recommended for customers to call or text me and send me some pictures of the plumbing issue that needs to be addressed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed plumbing contractor, and my license is C-36. My license number is 1127555. My plumbing knowledge comes from many years of experience. I have also attended multiple training sessions, such as Navien Academy, among others.
