- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am offering upfront fixed prices before starting the work. Most common services like garbage disposal, faucet, or toilet replacement have fixed prices that I can provide through text or over the phone. The best way for me to provide an accurate and final quote is an on-site diagnostic.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to keep communication with them through Thumbtack or over the phone. New customers should provide me with their full name, *****, and service address in order for me to have them in my schedule. It is highly recommended for customers to call or text me and send me some pictures of the plumbing issue that needs to be addressed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed plumbing contractor, and my license is C-36. My license number is 1127555. My plumbing knowledge comes from many years of experience. I have also attended multiple training sessions, such as Navien Academy, among others.
