Teddy was amazingly fast to respond to our inquiry, and even offered to come in an hour (in the evening after his regular hours). The timing didn’t work for us, so he came the next morning (right on time) and quickly addressed our clogged drains. He was very good about ensuring everything was clear and that I could see the problem was resolved. He’s also just a very nice person. Would definitely work with him again!
