- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by the job or by the hour. If by the hour I charge $120 a hour with a flat rate on the 1st hour. if the appointment is under 3 hours, I charge a $100 service fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We enjoy meeting our customers face to face and listening to them. What do they need done. What deadlines exist. We hope to convey to them that we are a trustworthy company and have their best interests in mind at all times.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have workd doing construction and tile for over 6 years now as well as property management as of the last year as well.
