Coach Dom tailors your workout, and listens to your needs. He will create a workout plan that will target your needs/goals. He is a terrific coach and you will see results. I am really happy with my results. I've slimmed down considerably in terms of getting rid of visceral fat, my arms are much more toned, outside of our workouts, I continue to push with the exercises he has given me. He will discuss nutrition, sleep and supplements. I highly recommend him. I will hire a trainer with the kind of physique I admire.\
