- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's important for our plumbers to see the job in person to give the most accurate estimate. We waive a small service fee when customers approve the estimate for the job. Additionally, we offer discounts to seniors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will contact you within 20 minutes of receiving a request for Service Next, we will verify your information and gather any additional notes you have to share including the best time to schedule your service. When our plumber arrives, they will assess the issue, identify any additional issues and make a recommendation clearly explaining your choices and the costs. When you approve the estimate, the plumber can immediately start working. They will test the plumbing, clean up and review the work with you for your approval. You can opt to receive text messages to see when your plumber is one their way, when they've arrived, view and approve the estimate, when the job is complete, and make your payments as well. We hope you'll give us 5 stars for our work via text as well!
