Introduction
I consider it an honor to be selected to collaborate with my clients to create a cake for some of the most important events of their lives, such as a wedding, birthday, or a special anniversary. My goal is to interpret the message of the event, the theme, color scheme, flavors, and dietary restrictions, if any, and create a personalized cake to enhance the milestone event. I use all organic ingredients whenever possible.
