- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Case by case scenario. Pick up or not, size of item, consumables used, time, complexity of item. I try my best to keep constant communications throughout the process so clients are aware of the process and what to potentially expect.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially discuss what they’re in need of help with. See either pictures or in person what the item is. Give a basic range of pricing and see what works for client financially. Keep constant communications throughout the process. Breakdown final price once job is done so client understands why the pricing is what it is.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Took basic welding classes at Cabrillo College, have expanded experience via hands on with personal project and small side gigs.
