He is the best handyman I have hired. He knows what he is doing and he knows it very well. He was very careful in making sure our dishwasher install did not damage the floor and leak any water. I can't recall the last time I was so impressed with a handyman/plumber's work. Kev had to spend way more time than what he originally estimated, but fixed our plumbing issue and didn't charge me anything extra. What a standup guy! Thanks KevNov 14, 2019Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Well I do put out fixed rate quotes most times for most requests and after hours or Holiday time periods .....especially if its an emergency. I typically I come in lower than any other service for that particular situation . Its here that future service calls are made , as I always want to be the clients go-to guy. I do have a minimum 1 hour rate and can pro-rate hourly charges if requested !!!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I would say its kind of like opening a present ......you dont know whats inside but your Happy to be there and have the opportunity .....so your mindset and demeanor should reflect that. Sometimes folks are having a tough time and may be frustrated about the situation , so its here that patience and understanding are really important in order to reassure the customer that all will be done to sort out and remedy the issue at hand.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I do review tech updates for Plumbing fixtures and materials.
