I have over 38 years experience in the trades which primarily are centered around Plumbing & Drain Services, HVAC Services (excluding refrigerant charging ). I also do smaller electrical jobs like installing fans, lights , switches, receptacles, diagnostic work for electrical power loss, and its repair or restoration . Please realize that when you feel you should select the " simple task " and the " should only take 2 hours " options that this might not be the case .....typically a client is reaching out for a professional because they may not have the skills to do the job to begin with. I understand your concern. I have travel time there, I have to set up the equipment and do the job, then pick everything up, review your options for the issues at hand and explain them to you. I am very thorough with my work and take great pride in my craft, I’ve been doing this long enough to realize that everyone has a budget and my quality, promptness and expertise doesn’t always fit in everyone’s budget. With plumbing it is very common to find more problems than just what you can see .....this can make the job a bit more complicated and then of course take longer .You won't find a lower price for the quality of work that I do. I enjoy meeting people and providing needed services and I am happy to explain what needs to be done within reason ....I cannot be on the phone teaching plumbing 101 but I do want to be thorough for sure ....you can talk to me anytime . If something else is required I make it known and thoroughly explain why and sometimes this will come with additional time and materials costs .
