Introduction

I have over 38 years experience in the trades which primarily are centered around Plumbing & Drain Services, HVAC Services (excluding refrigerant charging ). I also do smaller electrical jobs like installing fans, lights , switches, receptacles, diagnostic work for electrical power loss, and its repair or restoration . Please realize that when you feel you should select the " simple task " and the " should only take 2 hours " options that this might not be the case .....typically a client is reaching out for a professional because they may not have the skills to do the job to begin with. I understand your concern. I have travel time there, I have to set up the equipment and do the job, then pick everything up, review your options for the issues at hand and explain them to you. I am very thorough with my work and take great pride in my craft, I’ve been doing this long enough to realize that everyone has a budget and my quality, promptness and expertise doesn’t always fit in everyone’s budget. You can check around and get a few prices and if you still need me, give me a call. Thank you. With plumbing it is very common to find more problems than just what you can see .....this can make the job a bit more complicated and then of course take longer .You won't find a lower price for the quality of work that I do. I GUARANTEE ALL of the work that I do. I enjoy meeting people and providing needed services and I am happy to explain what needs to be done within reason ....I cannot be on the phone teaching plumbing 101 but I do want to be thorough for sure ....you can talk to me anytime . I am very transparent and make every effort to not end up with any surprises to pass on to my clients . If something else is required I make it known and thoroughly explain why and sometimes this will come with additional time and materials costs . Every day could be looked at as a new adventure or challenge. Customer service is my number one priority. Give me the chance to show you what quality work looks like. K&M Services did an excellent job installing my dishwasher. It was a lot more challenging than they expected and they ended up having to remove all the old plumbing and install new plumbing, but they did a great job of all of it.

K&M was very punctual and responsive to questions. He took care of the installation of multiple appliances - dishwasher, over the counter microwave and followed up on an electric cooktop installation too. He provided advice on the steps needed for the electric cooktop, which was also very helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish! I recently hired KM to install a reverse osmosis (RO) water filtration system, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the initial consultation, it was clear that he is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. He took the time to explain the process in detail, ensuring I understood every step. On the day of installation, KM arrived promptly and came fully prepared with all the necessary equipment. The installation was seamless and efficient, with meticulous attention to detail. Some parts were non standard and he went to Home Depot and got what was needed. He worked diligently, ensuring that everything was perfectly set up and that my kitchen was left spotless afterwards. What truly stood out was his dedication to customer satisfaction. KM tested the system thoroughly and provided clear instructions on how to use and maintain it. The quality of the water has dramatically improved, and I can now enjoy fresh, clean drinking water straight from the tap. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do put out fixed rate quotes most times for most requests and after hours or Holiday time periods .....especially if its an emergency. I typically I come in lower than any other service for that particular situation . Its here that future service calls are made , as I always want to be the clients go-to guy. I do have a minimum 1 hour rate and can pro-rate hourly charges if requested !!!! Can always consult with me about costs and estimate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would say its kind of like opening a present ......you dont know whats inside but your Happy to be there and have the opportunity .....so your mindset and demeanor should reflect that. Sometimes folks are having a tough time and may be frustrated about the situation , so its here that patience and understanding are really important in order to reassure the customer that all will be done to sort out and remedy the issue at hand.

I do review tech updates for Plumbing fixtures and materials.
