I think he is very experienced and knowledgeable in plumbing. He fixed a drain issue that seemed quite difficult to resolve, and another plumber had given a much higher estimate. I’m very happy with the work and would definitely hire him again.

Kevin did an excellent job. He was professional. He was very clean cleaned up after himself. Found a small leak on another line and fix that very happy with his work.

Kev was great. He’s responsive to messages. He didn’t end up replacing the garbage disposal but fix the issue with my current unit instead. Save me a brand new disposal. I suouldnhave make the issue more clear on the project deacription

Kev did an amazing job installing our dishwasher. He was upfront and transparent with pricing from the beginning, took the time to thoroughly explain everything, and walked us through all the issues and options clearly.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do put out fixed rate quotes most times for most requests and after hours or Holiday time periods .....especially if its an emergency. I typically I come in lower than any other service for that particular situation . Its here that future service calls are made , as I always want to be the clients go-to guy. I do have a minimum 1 hour rate and can pro-rate hourly charges if requested !!!! Can always consult with me about costs and estimate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would say its kind of like opening a present ......you dont know whats inside but your Happy to be there and have the opportunity .....so your mindset and demeanor should reflect that. Sometimes folks are having a tough time and may be frustrated about the situation , so its here that patience and understanding are really important in order to reassure the customer that all will be done to sort out and remedy the issue at hand.

I do review tech updates for Plumbing fixtures and materials.
