Aileen is the best! I started getting coached by Aileen when I got off track with my heathy routines. I had stopped exercising and starting trying crazy diets that got me disappointing results. Aileen and I had weekly meetings over the phone (long distance), she coached me slowly, but sternly, to ease me back into healthy habits. We talked about everything that was going on in my life, and how it effected or benefited me. She gave me the courage to try new ways of exercising, and gave me goals to work on each week. I tried out spinning, and pilates and loved them! I also started running more. I'm someone who thinks about food all of the time and I love to eat. Aileen gave me so many good ideas and recipes that allow me to eat what I want, only healthy versions. I'm so grateful for this because I can eat without the guilt. I'm now on my own and am keeping up the healthy habits that Aileen taught me. If I ever go off track again, I will go right back to her, no doubt!

I have gone to many of Aileen's cooking classes as well as done her Spring Detox. Her classes are 'hands on' preparing delicious food using ingredients I have never tried or would have never put together. The recipes are delicious! I always take some home for my husband to try! When doing the Spring Detox we were given a booklet explaining what and why we should be eating certain foods. It is full of yummy recipes as well! I lost 7 lbs in 10 days! And I was never hungry! Aileen was available throughout the whole process. Once a week there was a teleconference with her and the other people participating in the detox, plus she was available by phone or e-mail. She is a very knowledgable and caring person!

If you are like me, you work full time and want to eat healthy but have no time to figure out how. Aileen made eating healthy on the go a reality for me. Her meals were absolutely delicious and she introduced me to so many recipes I still use to this day! While I was on her cleanse, I felt the best I had felt all year! I was lighter on my feet and had so much energy. Not once did I feel hungry. All the meals are REAL food and they all came from the grocery store I already shop at. She taught me how to put foods together that pack a healthy punch without compromising taste. You will not be disappointed trying out her program, it was the best thing I could have ever done for myself, can't thank her enough for changing my diet for the better! :)

Battling the bulge and trying to get healthy in general. Always had an aversion to "diet" foods..even run of the mill healthy eating can taste a little passionless. I love flavor and spice! A friend told me about Aileen and her recipes so I gave her a try... I was amazed that the food tasted sooo good. Like heaven! Her ingredient combinations were innovative. I couldn't believe I could have both Healthy AND gourmet?! She has a gift! I'd recommend her to anyone.

    Taking a Holistic approach to nutrition means that I do not dwell on counting calories, carbs or fats. I concentrate on eating whole foods that naturally contain natures vitamins. I encourage clients to get back into the kitchen and create what they fuel their bodies with. This doesn't mean spending hours a day in the kitchen, I provide easy recipes that anyone can follow!
