Mr. McCoy worked on a house that I purchased--it had been a neglected rental for decades. He worked on projects that other contractors wouldn't touch because they were too much of a pain or not worth their time. He worked fast and the place looks great. He cleaned up everything when he was done. His rates were very reasonable. I would definitely use him again.
