Pricing is transparent and project-based — no hidden fees. All quotes include equipment, professional installation, testing, and a clean finish. I also offer extended warranties and discounted rates for multi-system or returning customers. Quality gear, clean installs, and long-term reliability are always included.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every project starts with a detailed consultation to understand your goals — whether it’s home security, entertainment, or full automation. From there, I design a tailored system layout, provide transparent pricing, and schedule installation with clear timelines. After completion, I walk you through the system, optimize settings, and offer ongoing support for long-term reliability.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over the years, I’ve trained hands-on with low-voltage, CCTV, and smart-home integration systems — from NDAA-compliant surveillance setups to advanced lighting and audio automation. I’m continuously learning the latest technologies in networking, PoE infrastructure, and system design to ensure every installation meets modern standards.
