The price online seemed more like an estimate only so I had Jorge come out to give me a firm quote. Which he gladly did. My only complaint was that he sent only one guy to do a two story 2500 sq ft house. I needed inside, outside, screens and jambs. He was here six hours and this was a slight inconvenience because I had planned to go out when they were done. The person he sent was so nice and very polite and did a very good job. I would have this company back out.

Jorge and team did an outstanding job and exceeded our expectsions. The tile patio is better and cleaner than it's ever been! They cleaned and moved heavy items to do the best job I've had.

Wow! This was a find! We were looking for someone to power clean our deck, awnings and several pieces of woebegone furniture. Heard from J'B within minutes of my Thumbtack inquiry and within an hour, they were out to give a bid -- we were so impressed that we went no further, just said yes! The job itself was outstanding. Beyond the powerwashing, J'B and his two companions ran a knife or something between each piece of wood on the deck, removing all the gunk. The wooden bench looks new again, well, almost -- now I have ambition to oil it. The four awnings were washed and scrubbed, literally. We should have had this done earlier. And so glad we found J'B. Paid $590 -- they arrived at 8:40 am and left around 2:10 pm. We had one other bid, which was about $200 higher, so besides the qualty of the job we felt we really got value!

Jorge was very professional, and he and his crew were respectful in the way they did their work, clean, and thorough.
I had them power wash a very dirty carport and part of the exterior of my house. It came out super clean, looks great. The price was reasonable as well. I'll use them again, I'm sure.

They came. They cleaned my gutters. They left no signs they were ever here. Jorge took before and after pics since I couldn't actually see their work. That was nice! I paid $10 less than my quote. I'm happy!
