- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We incorporate up front pricing. This is the most transparent method for the customer and contractor to come to a meeting of the minds before the commemcement of services. This method of pricing insures the customer is fully aware of total fees to avoid any surprise final bill and allows the customer to accept or decline services prior to the start of work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We respond timely to their service location, diagnose issue promptly, inform customer of repair costs for their approval to proceed and then provide quality workmanship.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Besides being fully licensed and going through refrigeration courses for certification, I have acquired specific skills from years of doing apprenticeship and on the job training. I continue to take refresher courses to enhance my knowledge and stay in touch with changes in my industry.
