We have 30 years experience in all phases of construction We recycle as much waste as possible ,and try to use environmentally friendly products . wood and metal framing experience ! We also give our clients the dedication ,and don't spread ourselves thin ,so we can get the job done on or before completion date. We are an open company! Jim Siers of Siers Construction did an excellent job start to finish. We hired him and his team to demolish our old detached garage and build a new detached Garage/Office for our house here in downtown Santa Rosa. We hit many snags along the way including incomplete plans from the original architect (not Jim's architect so not his fault), to the fires in Santa Rosa during the weeks of October 8th and 16th 2017. Jim navigated all these brilliantly, was extremely responsive, flexible and his crews work quality never wavered. What made me choose Jim was a combination of 3 factors: Timing: Both his schedule and ours lined up almost perfectly. Price: Jim was right on the mark with his bid. I received many bids and Jim's price was very competitive. Personality: In all projects, big or small, you're going to hit snags and bumps in the road. Communication and trust are key in getting to the end. Our personalities clicked and after just our second meeting I knew that Jim and I could work together to build our new garage/office. If i had questions, all I had to do was pick up my phone and call or text. I would, and plan to, hire again. We have had the pleasure of working with Siers Construction over the past 9 months. The remodel of our house in Petaluma is finishing beautifully. Jim Siers is competent, creative, meticulous and pleasant. His foreman, David, is excellent as is their crew. Their attention to detail, work product and flexibility has been excellent.

I asked Jim to build a platform for a spa. He brought his expertise and experience to the project and had suggestions that resulted in a simpler solution, and even though the project scope ended up being smaller he jumped right in and he got it done in short order. Jim was responsive to my inquiries and project questions. Meanwhile, he's successfully managing a lot of shortages of both supplies and labor during Covid. Thank you, Jim.
