Michael has been a great asset to my attempt to restore and re-construct my family history. He is efficient and timely but also has paid close attention to detail when there are small facial features and distracting background involved. He took apart a framed photo and found the date of my great grandparents' wedding and 50th anniversary under a leaf that was in the frame. He enhanced the dates so that they were legible, and replaced the photo into the frame without damaging the leaf! He charges the going rate which is all money well spent, as the product is excellent. He is also interesting to talk to and has insights and resources to share about this labor of love. I look forward to a continued working relationship, as I am just at the beginning of the boxes and boxes of photos
