Introduction: In most my bodywork sessions I do a mixture of traditional Swedish/Deep Tissue and Ayurvedic "ahbyanga" style massage. I use some heat (through warm compresses and hot rocks) to relax the muscles and get much more out of our time together. As a clinically trained aromatherapist, I use organic cold-pressed oils and therapeutic grade essential oils in my sessions. I truly love working with my regular clients. I strive to empower my clients with tools so they can transform their own bodies and lives.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a flat rate for sessions at my studio space in Sebastopol. I charge a small outcall fee for set up/take down time, travel time, and gas. I also bring hot rocks and compresses to all of my sessions, which adds a little more time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I continuously take CEU classes to keep my skills fresh and expand my knowledge base. I'm looking forward to my Thai Massage intensive I have coming up.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I have an ongoing client with Herniated Disk Disease which is extremely painful. In order to deal with the pain, he needed to take heavy narcotics while awaiting surgery. We worked together every week until is surgery date. He reported because of our bodywork, some herbal remedies, and essential oils i recommended he was able to drastically reduce his medications.
