About
I house-sit and pet-sit. Unfortunately, I no longer take care of dogs due to a serious accident.
I love animals!
I love cats and bearded dragon lizards. I have thirteen years of experience.
If you're looking for dependable and responsible care for your pets, I provide exemplary customer service.
I look forward to taking care of your furry friends!
Any overnight pet-sitting agreements that are a week or more and are cancelled within 24 hours of the first day are subject to a $75.00 inconvenience fee. If it's a legitimate reason like illnesses, accidents, or extreme weather conditions, exceptions will be discussed before the starting date.
This is necessary because I'm unable to schedule a client that I could have accepted.
I hope this situation won't happen, but this is my business, and my income is dependent on my clients.
Thank you for your understanding.

I recently hired Clare to pet sit for 5days/4nights. It was a last minute trip and she responded quickly to emails and we set up a in person meeting to go over details. Clare was on time and made sure to ask about our dog’s schedule, feeding, vet info, and was very accommodating. Our dog was very happy when we returned and Clare is very tidy and organized. Her rates are incredibly fair and we would definitely hire again!
Details: Dog • 1 pet • Taking pet outside • Providing companionship • Giving food and water • Overnight visit (10-12 hours) • My home, venue, etc.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates are $24 per day for 1 or 2 visits; $39 for 2-3 pets; $78 per overnight stay. Includes collecting mail, newspapers, and watering plants (if applicable)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I get a request for pet sitting, I usually do a meet and greet with the prospective client to meet the pet and get to know the owner(s) and what services they want. I use a client intake form to get the information needed to do it and I'm fairly thorough. It cuts down on calls or texts interrupting the client's trip.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've had very diverse pets personally like cats, dogs, birds, bearded dragon lizards, gerbils, hamsters, fish, rabbits, and one client with goats.
