Introduction: My motto is, "Ain't no job to small, we do it all!" If you give me a call, I'll come look at the job at hand, to see if I think it's a job for me. I offer senior discounts of 20%. I pretty much have been doing manufactured homes for that last 15 years, and you have to learn to do it all from roofing to electrical, plumbing, landscaping, demo and construction, and basically knowledge of a little bit of everything. I paint, remove old windows and I put in new ones, and just about anything I have knowledge about, and I have had hands-on experience. I wont lie to you just to get hired or make a buck i say the truth and tell my customers what needs to be done if it should be addressed at this time,the importance of what needs to be done and if its an emergency that needs to be takin care asap. Im not gonna say this needs to be dealt with now wen it can be handled down the road when it becomes a major issue. I think of my customers as my family so thats how i treat them. I'm the type of guy who will tell you right up front if I can do the job or not, and I will refer the right person for you, if I can't. Like I always say, "I'm not trying to get rich, I'm just trying to survive." I'm a jack of all trades master of none.
