Hi! I’m Anna, a yoga teacher and wellness aficionado currently residing in Sonoma County. I just joined ThumbTack but I've been a teacher since 2016 and a student since 2008. I teach vinyasa flow classes with an emphasis on alignment, breath, and FUN. My goal is to make you feel at home in your
body. I previously owned Addison Yoga Loft in Berkeley, and now manage Anahata Studio at Soft Medicine Sanctuary in Sebastopol.
I will travel to you to host a yoga class. Services include private yoga, bachelorettes, weddings, and corporate classes. Serving the greater Bay Area, Sonoma County, Napa Valley, San Francisco, and beyond.
