- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is very tricky. I’ve compared my pricing with fellow party planners and I believe my pricing is very competitive. This is the reason why I like to ask my customers what their budget is, so I can have an idea and design/plan according to their budget. At Trendy Parties & Events there is no too big or too small event. We cater too all.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Right off the bat, I like to ask customers for any ideas, themes, etc. they have in mind along with their budget. This gives me a broad idea of what I am working with and helps me understand my clients needs. Then I proceed to sketching a visual that will help my client understand my ideas.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve taken several balloon seminars where you learn and practice new techniques to master your craft. Also, floral design webinars, business classes amongst other hand on training courses.
