- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We customize a craft cocktail menu of your choice, calculate how much alcohol is needed (so costs are reduced as much as possible), and ensure that your expectations will be met from start to finish. Some other items we consider when planning your next event are guest count and inventory needed (including and not limited to) bar and bar equipment, rentals, staffing counts, and venue licensing policies.
