These guys are great. Very professional, customer-oriented business, and I appreciate the dedication by Carlos, Zack, and the rest of the team. They did exactly what they set out to do and did not upsell almost to a fault. In fact, I had to ask for the extras and I am glad I did. In addition to completely swap out my HVAC system, they did a fabulous job retrofitting my air return box below an old-school furnace closet. It looks fabulous and will provide healthy clean air for my condo for years to come. I highly recommend having them retrofit your air return box when you upgrade your system!

I previously had a different airconditioning company look at my air conditioner and was told I needed to replace the Lennox unit. Their estimate was very high. I called express and spoke to Zack. He gave me a very reasonable estimate. Zack was very professional and punctual for the appointment. He explained everything he had to replace and was very friendly and well dressed in the company's uniform. I highly recommend Zack for any repair you may need. I will definitely use him again and am going to recommend him to family and friends.

The installation team arrived right on schedule and was incredibly professional. They worked efficiently and left absolutely no mess behind. They even took the time to walk me through the features of my new AC unit and made sure I was comfortable with everything before they left.
Since the installation, my home has been wonderfully cool, even during the hottest days of summer. I can tell the installation was done with precision and care, and I have complete confidence in the quality of their workmanship.

Very responsive, concerned, and professional company!We had a problem with an AC unit on Monday, they come promptly on Tuesday morning to fix it. Then we had another problem that night and they came back the next morning. Then, we had a 3rd unrelated AC problem with the condensate drain line and they came back to very next day! We are very happy for the professional service and kind advice! We will definitely call again when we need AC repair!!
