Unfortunately, Monico couldn't help me with my situation, which was just fine. I had been trying to talk to someone about my Epson printer for nearly an hour when I came across Thumbtack. I had inquired about my Epson Printer, and Monico called me within a couple of minutes. He asked all the right questions and gave me some really solid advice about my printer. It appears the repair needed for my Epson would be more costly than buying a new one. So, that's what I'm going to do. He even gave me advice on what to look for in a new printer. If you have a printer issue, I would certainly trust Monico with diagnosing the problem.
