- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love connecting with newly engaged couples who are just getting their feet wet in the planning process! When new clients reach out to us, we will schedule a complimentary phone consultation to determine whether our services fit their needs. After the consultation, we will send over a proposal for our couples to review. From the time the couple books us, they have unlimited communication leading up to their wedding day! We understand that it can be stressful planning an elaborate event, but we are here to provide guidance and advice to our couples that need it.
