Excellent work! The owner is quick to respond and easy to communicate with. He gave us a quote on the spot (unlike other contractors who has us waiting over a week for a simple quote). His prices are really reasonable and was significantly less that all the other quotes we got. This men worked quickly and efficiently to reconstruct our exterior steps. Throughout the process, they send you photos, give you updates and prepare you for the next stage of the work. They are down to earth and incredibly professional with a wide knowledge. They are going to be our go to company for all such work.

After extensive research and meeting with various contractors, we decided to go with IBA Builders for our kitchen remodel and window replacement. We decided to go with IBA as they provided a thorough and thoughtful estimate that allowed us to make an informed decision. Most of the contractors only provided semi-custom cabinets whereas IBA included custom cabinets which allowed us to maximize our space and bring our vision to life. Additionally, they included design services which helped us fine tune our layout; this was a differentiator from many of the other contractors we met with. During the process, Ben (the owner) was attentive, patient, respectful and had helpful ideas that transformed our kitchen remodel. Ben and his team were accommodating to our busy schedules which made for the process to be stress free. While IBA was the cheapest quote, it was a fair and reasonable quote especially considering the quality of the materials. Ben also committed to no hidden fees or work order changes which held true throughout the entire process which based on our friends' experience, this is abnormal and further validated that their quote was fair. The craftmanship of the work exceed our expectations and we love our kitchen and new windows. We are happy that we decided to go with IBA Builders. We will use them on future projects and highly recommend them.

We apply honest and transparent pricing in order for the customer to make an informed decision. We apply a balanced approach of providing a competitive quote while ensuring that all materials are of high quality as we believe craftsmanship is important to the overall customer experience.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with obtaining information in order to book an in-person appointment for a free, no obligation consultation. During the first meeting, we like to meet with customers to understand the nature of the project, their home remodel goals and budget. We use this information to determine if we are the best service provider for the customer’s project and then proceed with developing an estimated quote.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our projects use an experienced team with extensive experience in the home remodeling and construction industry. Depending on the project, we provide designers who have a deep portfolio of previous projects who specialize in providing 3D models and renderings; our team also comprises of licensed plumbers and electricians and skilled installers. If needed, we can also provide an architect.
